Property is eligible for a Landowner Appreciations Program (LAP) tags, in Unit 45. Crops grown on farm are Organic Alfalfa, Barley, and Wheat. Farm is 1.5 miles west of Fairfield. 5 miles north of BLM access and 11 miles south of U.S. forest Service access. Co-Trustee’s reserves the right to reject any offer, accept one, or multi-counter back to multiple Buyers. All multi-counter offers are contingent upon Co-Trustee’s final approval
