Located just one mile south of FM 624 near Orange Grove, Texas, in rapidly growing Nueces County, lies 373 acres at the corner of CR 101 and FM 1833. TOPOGRAPHY, RANGELAND & HABITAT The property is a great combination of open grasslands with areas of denser brush along the drainage areas. The topography is generally flat, with the exception of the drainage traversing the property, giving thicker cover for the wildlife commonly sought after in the area. The pasture on the property is well suited for cattle but has been utilized predominately as a recreational hunting property in recent years.
