High Note East Tract

Great timber investment and recreational property located just 30 miles southwest of Dothan, Alabama and only 65 miles to the gulf coast. The property consists of 70 acres of 22 year old planted loblolly and 9 acres of tupelo gum bottom. There are also some nice oaks scattered throughout the planted pines that were not cut during the previous timber harvest. Several trails provide good access throughout the property. Access is provided via an abandoned railroad right of way that makes for a solid roadway. Additional 80 acres can be purchased that is adjacent to the west.
