Native tallgrass prairie in the Flint Hills: This quarter section has excellent fencing, a cleaned out pond and a water well with a windmill pump. This is a property for cattlemen. It has hardly any trees and only a very small area of exposed limestone rock. There is road frontage on two sides with good gravel roads on each. This is a well maintained, bluestem pasture that is located approximately 6.5 miles South of Clements, KS (~ 6 miles South of the Stone Arch Bridge) in West Central Chase County.
