I purchased this property in 2019 and it took two years to clean up and move a home, sheds and chicken coop into the landscape. I installed a 350 foot gravel driveway that did not exist previously. I also installed a new Septic, cleaned in 2024, two water pumps, Solar Motion Lighting everywhere! There are two propane tanks, one new, to heat the stove which was converted. Appliances are either brand new or 4 years old. I created raised garden beds, water catchment, added gutters to the house and so much more.
NOTE: The aerial Land Outline is not correct yet close to it. The land is gorgeous with so many options for building, farming, growing or income producing opportunities. I look forward to speaking with you about this lovely property. Please note that this is the 2nd listing as the first listing disappeared. I am still updating all the details.
