In the spring at just about any spot you can get out for a walk and hear the mating calls of the Bobwhite quail. The ranch also has other species of wildlife including Whitetail deer, turkey and hogs providing other hunting opportunities. This ranch has been in the family for many years and they have been great stewards of the land by regulating grazing by managing stocking rates dependent on annual rainfall, and keeping brush cleared and sprayed. If it has been your dream to own a piece of the Plains give this ranch a look.

A spring on the Northeast section si a constant source of water, and the creeks will hold water seasonally, plus the river on the Northeast corner of the property.
Wildlife
It is rare to find property available today that provides good Bobwhite quail hunting opportunities, this property has birds this year, and following the spring rains hopefully the hatches will be good.
