Located 20 miles west of Tucumcari, New Mexico with good access via Interstate 40.
Elevations on the ranch vary from around 5,000 ft on the mesa to 4,300 feet down in the bottom country. The ranch boasts a diverse mix of vegatation along with some juniper trees and mesquite.
The ranch is watered by two solar wells and one windmill. The two solar wells both feed a poly pipe line. One storage tank and nine drinkers are fed by this system. Multiple earthen dirt tanks are also on the property.
Split by two pastures with a good set of working pens located between them. Overall the fences are in good shape.
Primary wildlife include mule deer, antelope, quail, along with the occasional mountain lion. Located within Game Management Unit 40.
No cattle have been on the property for over a year resulting in an abundance of forage.
