Driving Directions: From Stephenville, Take FM 205 east for approximately 5 miles to CR 491 then head south for one half mile. The gate will be on the east side of CR 491.
Location: Hunewell Ranch is located about 6 minutes east of Stephenville on the east side of County Road 182.
Acreage: The Hunewell Ranch consists of 1,150 acres with 220 acres of improved grass and the balance in heavy mature hardwood trees giving the property a diverse landscape. The grassy meadows help to open the property to enjoy the views, both near and far.
Topography: The Hunewell Ranch has over 100 feet of elevation change. The ranch is crossed by Sycamore Creek on the south and Richardson Creek through the center portion of the ranch, which provide water to livestock and wildlife.
