40 acres near Truman Lake

Terrific 40-acre m/l parcel of gently rolling pasture ground a stone's throw from Truman Lake and borders thousands of acres of public Corps of Engineer ground that surrounds Truman Lake. Approximately 34 acres of grass pasture containing dense stands of red clover, as well as a few acres of timber and a large pond.
