BHG Ranch

This is ranch is located near the Randolph Community south of Bonham, TX just off Hwy 11 on County Road 4764. The ranch is fenced and cross fenced with 2 ponds and many trees. The ranch has some good bottomland on Bois D" Arc creek. The owner uses the lower 70 acres for hay production. The yields are on average of 350 to 400 round bales on 2 cuttings. The hay was used to support this place and another close by ranch we recently sold for her. The excess hay was sold to others.
