PINEY ROAD RANCHETTE A beautiful Ranchette offering the tranquility and peacefulness of the Ozark Mountains! LOCATION: Franklin County, Arkansas, just over 4 miles north of the small community of Mulberry. Approximately 40 miles east of Ft. Smith, and 2 hours west of Little Rock. SITE: 40 acres m/l of pasture/woods with nearly level to gently sloping terrain, good soils-mostly class 4. A quarter of a mile south of the Ozark National Forest.
