Of the cropland acres, 135.54 are currently being farmed with 12.40 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) as filter strips running alongside the West Beaver Creek that flows through the east side of the property. This tract is located in Section 27 of Junction Township, Greene County, Iowa. CRP Contract Details: Contract #12146 - 12.40 Acres enrolled in Grass Filter Strips (Practice CP21) with an annual payment of $3,720 ($300/Acre). This contract is set to expire in September 2039. County drainage tile is located on the tract. Auction Method: The tracts will be sold via Public Auction on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Grand Junction Community Center - Lincoln Highway Room in Grand Junction, Iowa. Tracts 1-6 will be offered on a price-per-acre basis using the "Buyer's Choice" auction method, where the high bidder can take, in any order, any or all tracts for their high bid. The "Buyer's Choice" auction will continue until Tracts 1-6 have been purchased and removed from the auction. Tract 7 will be offered on a "Whole Dollar Basis" after Tracts 1-6 have sold.
