More specifically, the property is located 5 miles south of Baileyboro, TX along CR 123 or 4 miles west of Enochs, TX on FM 54, then 6 miles north on CR 123. The property has expired from the Conservation Reserve Program and has an excellent cover of grass across the property. Utility power lines are in place on the northern boundary of the property. Depth to water in the two closest observation wells is 16 to 25 feet per the High Plains Underground Conservation Water District.
