The Mitchell Tree Farm

The Mitchell Tree Farm is located on both sides of St. John Millennium Road just north of Millennium, North Carolina. There are 279.17 +/- acres on the west side of the road and 336.18 +/- acres on the east side of the road. This is a great opportunity to invest in a large tract with excellent wildlife and hunting, a well-built road system already in place, and highly productive timberland that has been reforested. In addition, sewer runs along St. John Millennium Road to the access point of the tract (60 feet on the west side and 50 feet on the east side). All upland pine land (589 +/- acres) has been reforested with genetically superior loblolly pine seedlings. The remaining acreage consists of the well-maintained road system and wildlife buffers. There are four distinct timber stands within the Mitchell Tree Farm. Approximately 258 +/- acres on the east side of the tract were planted in February of 2021 with genetically superior loblolly pine seedlings (stand 001) and 68 +/- acres were planted in February of 2024 (stand 002). On the west side of the road, 166 +/- acres were planted in February of 2025 (stand 003) and 97 +/- acres were planted in February of 2026 (stand 004).
