LOCATED about 13 miles north of Leakey. Improvements.....no structures, electricity, well or septic. HUNTING PROPERTY!!!! About 1 mile from river, not far from electricity. This tract has views that go for ever or as far as the eye can see. There are a few hunting lanes setup, just need your blind and feeders setup. There are plenty of cedars, oaks and many other types of hardwoods to provide shelter for the wildlife including aoudad, white tail, hogs & an occasional exotic. This might require a 4x4 to get to property, the good thing is it is a short drive to it
