Irrigated Farm with HWY 385 Frontage

The farm is located right south of Oppliger Feedyard just south of Sunnyside. It has a mile of frontage on 385, and does not include the houses or the barn located on the 1/2 section. The South pivot is a late 1970's Valley and the north machine is a Rain Cat of unknown age, but is on good working order. Both machines are nozzled at 150gpm and have not fallen off the last 2 years. There are 3 irrigation wells located on the property and all three of them have submersible wells in the holes. The property is being farmed by a local tenant and they would be interested in staying on the farm if that is needed. Castro 70 is also owned by the same sellers, and would like to sell both farms at the same time.
