Rockettnan Properties Tract

The Rockettnan Properties Tract is a rural timberland property in western Suwannee County. It consists of an 80-acre tract with an adjoining 10-acre strip of land providing county road access. Nearly all of the tract is in 10-year-old planted slash pines that have been managed for pine straw production. The tract is all high and dry but is close to the Suwannee River for recreational purposes. For hunting purposes, the tract has good access but only one entry point, making it less susceptible to trespassing and poaching.
