The Agency Disclosure and Acknowledgement as well as the Farm Offer to Purchase Agreement shall be completed within three (3) business days of the conclusion of the Auction. Earnest Money Deposit: A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 10% of the gross sale price is required with the signing of the Farm Offer to Purchase Agreement. The Seller (EWJ, LLC) will prorate the cash rent to the date of closing, based on the lease concluding on 12/31/26. The lease has been formally terminated as of 6/15/26, and the lease is open for 2027. The winning bidder(s) will have immediate possession, upon closing of the property, subject to tenant’s rights.
