This property is one of a kind, with incredible hilltop views, a cave, and access to the Sinking Creek. It includes two large hilltops overlooking a spectacular view of the Sinking Creek in front of the property. The valley between the two hills has a small stream that is spring fed from springs located on the property. The cave on the property is guarded by a lockable steel door and has stalactites inside. Directly in front of the property you have access to the sinking creek, a gorgeous crystal-clear water paradise of fun for the family. The property is heavily wooded with mixed timber. It is remote and rough terrain with steep slopes and has a few clearings. The hills are big, about 180 ft elevation change from the valley to hilltops. There are logging trails that go through the property. There is lots of wildlife around including deer, turkey, hogs and possibly the occasional big foot :) The hills are loaded with crystals all over the ground. You could drive around all day on a side by side on the endless county roads and trails from the property which go down to the black river and clearwater lake. The town of Ellington is about a half hour drive from the property and the Hwy K bridge at the Black river is also about a half hour drive. If you wanted to build a cabin, there is an electric line right in front of the property and they actually just ran a fiber internet line in front of the property last year if you dont want to be off grid. This is unrestricted rural land, come build whatever you want.
If you have any questions or want to check out the property give me a call.
