Putnam County - 337 Ridge Road, Satsuma, FL
Private Florida Land Near Town Conveniences
This peaceful 0.24-acre wooded lot puts you in one of the area's most practical locations. While other buyers settle for remote Interlachen subdivisions miles from town, you'll be minutes from Satsuma's local conveniences—gas stations, shopping, and services—without sacrificing the privacy and natural Florida setting you're after. Power lines are visible on Ridge Road, mobile homes are welcome, and you're free to build on your timeline.
Just 13 minutes from Welaka and under an hour from Gainesville, this property delivers the best of both worlds: quiet wooded living with quick access to everything you actually use day-to-day.
HIGHLIGHTS
0.24 acres of private wooded land on a quiet dirt road
Closer to conveniences than popular Interlachen subdivisions—9 minutes to gas and supplies
Power lines visible on Ridge Road to simplify your development
Mobile home friendly – bring your home and start living
Flexible zoning for site-built homes, tiny homes, and more
Affordable owner financing under $285/month builds equity instead of paying rent
Own your piece of natural Florida for less than a car payment—and closer to town than you'd expect.
This quarter-acre wooded lot sits on Ridge Road in the St. Johns Riverside Estates community, offering something most rural lots can't match: genuine convenience. While buyers in distant Interlachen subdivisions drive 20+ minutes just to grab supplies, you're only 9 minutes from Circle K and local amenities in nearby Pomona Park. That's the difference between isolated and accessible.
The natural tree coverage gives you privacy and shade, while the flat, wooded terrain makes building straightforward when you're ready. Power lines run along Ridge Road, so you're not starting from scratch—one of the biggest hurdles is already handled.
The location keeps life simple. Welaka is 13 minutes away for small-town essentials. Palatka is 19 minutes for bigger shopping trips. Gainesville's major stores and medical facilities are just over an hour. You get the peace of rural living without being stranded far from what you need.
Whether you want to place a mobile home now or hold the land while you save to build, this property works with your plans—not against them. And at these monthly payments, you'll build equity instead of watching rent disappear every month.
This is land you can actually afford to own, in a location that actually makes sense.
