The land mixes smoother level patches, shallow drainage lines, sandy rises, and old tire paths that help show how the area can be accessed or driven through.
Not much trash on the property, but along its border at the west side entrance and along the south side in a water runoff from the top of the hill there was some minor trash. Everything else across both parcels looks clean and untouched.
