Why This Particular Property Stands Out
Dual road access / pull-through capability.
Hickory Ln. and CR5076 can be used as a pull-through for RVs and 5th wheels—an uncommon, highly practical feature.
Two adjoining parcels = versatility.
Keep both, sell one later, build on one and camp on the other—the flexibility adds long-term value.
Off-grid freedom.
With no HOA and no deadlines, you can camp now, hold as an investment, or build when you’re ready.
Scenic elevation.
The ~6,500 ft elevation means cooler summers, crisp nights, and endless star-filled skies.
Who This Property Is For
RV & Van Life Adventurers: Easy pull-through setup, big sky country, and a perfect basecamp.
Nature Lovers & Weekend Warriors: Quick escapes into Northern Arizona’s wilderness, while staying close to groceries and supplies.
Investors / Land-Bankers: Low carrying costs, high appreciation potential, and rare dual-access frontage.
Off-Grid Builders & Homesteaders: Start small with camping and utilities, expand into a full build later.
